How often should you use body scrubs?
- The number of times you use a scrub depends on your skin type. In general, skin experts recommend using a body scrub at least once a week. It is recommended to start with a scrub once a week and then increase that to 3 times a week.
- It should be noted that the number of exfoliation times should be reduced for those with oily skin. This may lead to adverse results, as frequent exfoliation of the body may cause excessive sebum production.
